Hi, I'm Lisa!
My journey into coaching began in 1999 when I had the opportunity to experience a Reiki session. That experience was nothing short of transformative, revealing to me that there's so much more to life than the daily grind.
Why I Chose to Be A Coach...
The Reiki session opened my eyes to the power within, both myself and in others -a power that had been overlooked or suppressed for far too long.
Since that moment, I've committed myself to deepening my understanding of energy work, self -empowerment, and holistic healing. I obtained my Massage Therapy license and expanded my knowledge as a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Practitioner, Lightworker Practitioner, and Life Coach. Learning is my passion, and serving others is my purpose.
